1) How do I join?

You can join on the internet,  or by faxing in the forms, or by mailing in the forms, or with a representative on the telephone. The membership fee is payable by personal check, credit card, Western Union or Wire Transfer.

2) What can I expect to happen after I join?

Our counselors will discuss your needs and send you introductions by e-mail, fax, or mail. These introductions will be the type of people you are looking for and who are also eager to meet you.

3) How soon will I get introductions?

You will receive your first introductions when you become a member, thereafter you will receive from one to five introductions each and every month.

4) Where are my introductions living?

Your introductions are living in the U.S.A. or Canada, or around the World in the cities of your choice. You may draw potential matches from as wide, or narrow a geographical area as you wish.  We will send you personal information, photographs and a biography of the person.

5) Where do I get help or more information once I have joined Gay and Lesbian Introductions?

You can phone, fax or e-mail 24 hours a day and someone will respond quickly to your questions or concerns.

6) What if I am not happy with the service?

Because we strive so hard to take care of them, we are proud to say our members, with few exceptions, rank the quality of our service as exceptional.  Still, with matchmaking there can be no guarantee of the outcome and we can not refund fees once a membership has been activated.  Please allow us to repeat this as to avoid any possible misunderstanding: once a membership has begun there will be no refund of the membership fee.  However, you may rest assured that if we fail to live up in any way to your reasonable expectations, we will do our utmost to rectify the situation and find a fair and equitable solution that will leave you feeling satisfied and content.
